The Intermediate Level Management Apprenticeship involves supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions which include; monitoring work, giving feedback, briefing teams, supporting team members, resolving problems, procuring supplies, project management and delivering and improving customer service.

The range of units includes:

  • Set objectives and provide support for team members
  • Support team members in identifying, developing and implementing new ideas

  • Manage knowledge in own area of responsibility
  • Procure supplies

In addition to completing work based assessments apprentices will complete a knowledge certificate and depending on previous qualifications Functional Skills in English and Maths. The knowledge certificate may include:

  • Developing Working Relationships with Team Members
  • Key Principles of Team Leading
  • Coaching Skills in Team Leading and Management
