ITS are looking for a new Business Development Consultant to join our fantastic apprenticeship team. We offer apprenticeships on a national basis, with a range of qualifications from service industries through to health and social care. In this rewarding role you will generate sales opportunities with employers through providing expert information to fill open vacancies, whilst supporting apprentices with ongoing advice and guidance.

You will join an established team of 4 Business Development Consultants who also support employers and apprentices through the onboarding and early stages of the apprenticeship journey with ITS. This is a flexible, home-based role, with travel expected to employers as and when required.

Learning Coach – Health & Social Care

Health & Social Care Learning Coach – Part time (21 Hours) - £15,281 per annum

ITS are looking for a new Learning Coach to work within our busy Adult Skills teams. In this rewarding role, you will provide outstanding teaching and learning to students/apprentices to help them achieve qualifications health and social care and childcare. This will include delivering short qualifications and work-based qualifications across South and West Yorkshire.

This is temporary role covering maternity. This role will be reviewed with growth and could be made permanent.

ITS part of Barnsley College is looking to recruit a passionate Learning Coach who can deliver high quality, flexible learning courses in Health and Social Care and Childcare subjects. These will include delivering work-based qualifications and distance learning qualifications, including Autism, Mental Health, Challenging Behaviour and Diploma only qualifications at Level 2 and 3.

You will be a key part of the team and will lead the planning, preparation & reviewing of learning in conjunction with relevant curriculum staff, providing feedback and carrying out reviews as appropriate to ensure students are making expected progress and working towards outcomes.

This role is homebased with travel expected as and when required. Please note this is a 12-month fixed contract to cover Maternity.

Learner Support Coach (ALS)

Learner Support Coach (ALS) – Part time (21 hours) - £15,486 per annum

Do you want the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a busy ITS department?

We are looking to recruit a Learner Support Coach to work within our busy Apprenticeship and Adult Skills teams. This is temporary role covering maternity. This role will be reviewed with growth and could be made permanent.

In this rewarding role, you will provide support to assist apprentices with pastoral support, helping them achieve their best possible outcomes. The role will include working with a caseload of learners to provide them with individual learning support such as building confidence and motivation, that will help them progress with their course or apprenticeships and support their achievement. This may include supporting literacy and numeracy.

You will be a key part of the team and will assist in the planning, preparation & reviewing of learning in conjunction with relevant curriculum staff, providing feedback and carrying out reviews as appropriate to ensure apprentices are making expected progress and working towards outcomes. This role would suit a Learner Support Coach who is passionate about delivering high quality, additional learning support for apprentices. Support can be delivered on a flexible 1:1 or small group basis, in person or remotely.

Security & Employability Learning Coach – ITS - Permanent - £27,500 to £30,000 per annum

Independent Training Services are going from strength to strength, and as part of our ambitious expansion we are looking for a new Learning Coach to join our busy Adult Skills team. In this rewarding role, you will provide outstanding teaching and learning to help students achieve vocational work-related qualifications in a wide range of subjects including Customer Service, Mental Health, Health & Safety and Security.

The courses operate within South & West Yorkshire in partnership with Jobcentre plus and local employers, helping people move into sustainable employment.

  • A teaching qualification (A1 or equivalent)
