Steve joined us in September 2019 with over 15 years’ experience working in further education colleges and the private training sector. He has held various roles in front line delivery and middle management as an Assessor, Tutor, IQA, Quality Manger and Head of Department. He has also held various senior management roles including Director and Executive Director.
 
Steve has built a number of high performing teams delivering apprenticeships, adult courses, traineeships, higher education and commercial courses. He also has an excellent track record in the delivery of European funded projects aimed at getting people into employment, upskilling employees and supporting employers. His main passion is the delivery of high quality teaching and learning, leading to real impact for learners and employers. He also really enjoys meeting employers, understanding their vision and looking at how training can add real value to their ongoing development and objectives.
