ITS has partnered with e-Careers to offer students, communities and businesses cutting-edge eLearning and virtual classroom courses.

ITS Distance Learning Academy
We have a range of short online CPD modules and Level 1 and 2 qualifications in sector specific areas such as Health and Social Care, Childcare, Mental Health, Business and Management, First Aid and Personal Development. Students studying our online qualifications will have access to an online system but will also have the benefit of a dedicated tutor to work with them for additional support and guidance. Online Digital Workshops
We run a variety of three hour workshops every week which people can attend via Teams, or in person at our premises in Barnsley, or at your place of work (subject to minimum numbers).
Our current schedule includes:
- Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams
- Adobe InDesign
- Google Analytics
- Social Media which includes Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Cyber Security
Our one-day workshops usually cost £195+VAT per person or £100+VAT for a half day session. For people working in the wider Sheffield City region (Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield) we have access to funding which means you can currently attend these sessions free of charge. (Subject to meeting eligibility criteria).
